Zendesk provides a user friendly interface between you and TSI’s support department. You will be able to view all activity on a ticket, reply to a ticket, check status, use your headset to call us and record screencasts — all from the TSI Zendesk Support website. You can also use device apps to stay updated on your tablet or smart phone.
