The TSI User Group Meeting is designed to provide you with up to date training on our software programs for plasma cutting (CAM-Duct/ PM-2000), CAD detailing/design (CAD-Duct & CAD-Mech) and Estimating (EST-Duct & EST-Mech). You will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the programs and the future direction of software and integration of systems as they affect your future business processes. The user group will kick off with a cocktail reception Tuesday evening September 16, 2008; will be followed by 3 full days of educational sessions Wednesday – Friday.  Lab sessions will be included in the breakout tracks and optional Product Certification Testing will be offered during breakoutsessions on Friday. CAD-Duct & CAD-Mech Drawing of the Year

Enter your Project to Win: the "CAD-Duct & CAD-Mech Drawing of The Year Award". Please send one drawing per e-mail. There is no limit to the number of drawings submitted per company. The drawings will be judged on the usage of CAD-Duct & CAD-Mech features, and complexity of the project.

Innovator of the Year

Nominate your company or a company you are familiar with for their innovative implementation and ideas. This award recognizes leaders and innovators in our industry. Criteria include innovative approaches to integration, implementation, CAD, Estimating and CAM Department interaction, report customization, Digitizer and CAD Toolbar customization, Improvement of Process and Organizational Flow, and elimination of waste and repeated processes.

Conference Agenda

The TSI User Group will offer more breakout sessions and more topics than years past. The biggest change this year will include separate classes in the CAD track for CAD-Mech and CAD-Duct users. Per the users request will also offer additional beginner and intermediate/advanced topics. The User Group Meeting will be divided into three main tracks:

  • Cutting Software (CAM-Duct/ PM-2000)
  • Detailing and Design Software (CAD-Duct, CAD-Mech & CAD-MEP)
  • Estimating Software (EST-Duct & EST-Mech).

Optional programs will include Advanced Independent Labs (for advanced users in each track), Certification Programs (for CAM, CAD & EST), and One-on-One Consultations with TSI and MAP (to review your company's configuration and goals).

Certification Programs Offered by MAP Customer Care, LLC

Get your company certified at the TSI User Group for only $50 per product certification. Certification tests will be available for CAD, CAM and EST. Product certifications are valid for one year and will provide your company with a 10% discount off your next annual support software enhancement agreements for each product certification (may not be combined with any other discount offer). Certification exams will be offered Thursday and Friday mornings at the conference prior to the start of the breakout sessions. Training videos will be available on the MAP Customer Care website. Certification exams are only available at the TSI User Group Meeting.
