Company Consultations

Customers may take advantage of the opportunity to meet with TSI, MAP and MAP-CC to review your company's configuration and goals.  Meetings are reserved in the order received during the conference registration process (limited to the first 24 companies to request a consultation; after the 24 sessions are full, companies will be added to a waiting list).  Meetings are scheduled by company (not by individual or department) and are limited to 3 representatives from your company (for example, the three leads in each product division).  Once your company registers and a session time is put on hold for you, a company consultation worksheet must be completed in order to confirm your meeting time.  If your company’s worksheet is not completed and submitted by Friday, September 10, 2010, your company meeting will be cancelled and the session time will be assigned to the next company on the waiting list.

The one-on-one sessions are not a training exercise.  They are for you as a company to meet with representatives from TSI, MAP and MAP-CC all at once.  If there are issues that you have with TSI, programming or support, this is an opportunity to discuss them.  Detailed notes are taken and a plan of action is started.  This is also a time where a company can discuss their goals and wants from the software to help us in the direction of development. 

Each company consultation meeting is 30 minutes.
