Track-It is a PC-based add-on Module for tracking items based on a user defined status change (Approved, Fabricated, Staged, Shipped, Received, Installed…). This allows our suite of products
(JOB-Site PM, CAD-Duct, CAD-Mech, EST-Duct, EST-Mech, FAB-MEP or CAM-Duct) to generate very powerful reports that are updated in real-time for better Management reports.
 
With Track-It you can Bar Code and Track any of the following items; Manufactured Duct, Pipe Spools, HVAC Duct Spools, Electrical Components, Bought Out Items and Equipment for all projects large or small.
With the help of our suite of products, Track-It will automatically produce custom designed item labels to any size of label and with user-defined data tracking fields for each Bar Code created. With Track-It you will be able to know in real-time:
- That all items in a work package were shipped, completed and then print out a shipping ticket for signature by the reviewer of the goods.
- View percentage complete reports of how much Estimated Labor and Material the scanned items represent.
- Updated Statuses of Items based on changes using JOB-Site PM in 3D color-coded drawings.
Track-It Features include:
- Tracking bought and manufactured items from CAD-Duct, CAD-Mech, EST-Duct, EST-Mech, FAB-MEP or CAM-Duct
- User interface for creating customized reports for management to locate any items location, and item status.
- User interface for exporting data to programs for Inventory Control, Accounting, Project Management or others with custom *.CSV files.
- User interface for designing any label type or size, with custom text height, and text color.
- Update Autodesk® based files based the real-time project status changes using FAB-MEP or Autodesk® layer color controls.
