Pipe & Plumbing Estimating (Onscreen, Digitized or Mouse Take-Off)
EST-Mech is a both a leading ‘Stand Alone’ Estimating Program AND an Estimating/ Costing program that as part of the CAD-Mech Detailing/ Fabrication and Installation system, offering seamless integration with our CAD-Mech Design/ Build module, and makes use of the same database for Piping and Plumbing to ensure accurate and automated estimating of CAD-Mech drawings, including shop labor for pre-fabrication and field labor for site installation.
TSI offers full integration of Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC – EST-Mech with EST-Duct as a single combination station which offers the ability to take-off piping and Duct in the same program. You can also merge pipe ‘takeoff’ with HVAC Duct ‘takeoff’ and produce a single estimate.
